Your privacy and security on the Internet is very importance to us and we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe. As a result, under no circumstances will GentleCare, a division of Paragon Solutions, Inc., divulge any information gathered about an individual user to a third party. Any personal information collected is for the sole use of Paragon Marketing Global, Inc. and is necessary for us to provide adequate service to our customers.
Paragon has been doing business online since 1999. Fraud prevention, security and your privacy has always remained our primary concern.
We incorporate 3 layers of security into our online shopping service.
1: GoDaddy 256 bit EV SSL encryption with $250,000.00 of identity fraud protection.
Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificates are the highest assurance certificate currently available. The green address bar, exclusive to EV SSL, provides visual assurance that our site is verified and secured.
2: We also use TrustWave PCI Compliance Server Protection.
Routine scans assure the highest level of server security and compliance with all major credit card and payment processing standards.
3: Authorize.net “Verify Merchant” status and third party secure payment gateway.
We do not store any credit card details on our servers nor do we ever see your credit card details once you submit your order for processing. All credit card data is transmitted for authorization and then deleted within 5 seconds of submitting your order.
All of these security features to ensure your security, protection and privacy.
Email is an effective way to communicate. SPAM is a problem which we all face. It is unproductive and costly. As a result, we will “NEVER” sell or divulge your email address to anyone. We may however send you communication via email which would consist of; Order Confirmations, Updates in order status and or valuable money saving coupons or gift certificates to our site.
You will also have the option of subscribing to our newsletter. At this time we do not currently publish a newsletter but may do so at some point in the future. It is recommended that you subscribe to the newsletter.
Visitors Cart (Not logged in)
Every visitor to our online shop will be given a ‘Visitors Cart’. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, so will the contents of their shopping cart.
Members Cart (Logged in)
Every member to our online shop that logs in is given a ‘Members Cart’. This allows the member to add products to their shopping cart, and come back at a later date to finalize their checkout. All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves.
If a member adds products to their ‘Visitors Cart’ and decides to log in to the online shop to use their ‘Members Cart’, the contents of their ‘Visitors Cart’ will merge with their ‘Members Cart’ contents automatically.
Billing and Shipping Information
When you create an account, all of your billing and shipping information will be stored in our database. This will automatically be entered for you when you return for future purchases. You may enter up to 3 separate “Ship To” locations to choose from.
Collection and Storage of Information
For security reasons (Yours and Ours) we will never store credit card information in our database. Each time you place an order you will have to enter in your credit card information. Upon checkout, the cart will connect to our payment processing center, authorize and capture your payment and disconnect within 3-5 seconds. At that time, all usable credit card information is removed and deleted.
GentleCare is a division of Paragon Marketing Global, Inc.. All billing will reflect as such. Your credit card statement will read “Paragon Marketing Global, Inc.”.
